Brian + Sara + Mia {A Family Session}

Sara and I work together at my "day job" and when Mia arrived this past December, we planned to do a newborn session in January! Yet life and the holidays got the best of both of us and before we knew it, Mia was almost 6 months old. But that's okay, because at six months, these little kiddos are so much more animated and can give you a real run for your money in the posing area of photography:) Personally, I prefer it to be that way. It's more representative of the day to day with an infant...messy, unexpected and down right darling!

We met on a Sunday evening at Sara and Brian's house, starting inside and then moving our session to their backyard; the beach! The weather was divine and Mia was finally able to put her toes in the water without crying her eyes out...according to Mom and Dad:) And Mia has a pretty amazing big sister in Skyla...who is very gentle and loving with her, she doesn't even mind being a little horsey for her!!
